There you will find Mile and Half Mile beach, huge sand dunes and breeding grounds for many endangered birds. Again a wonderful opportunity for hikers, photographers and beach goers. Check out the history of the area at the amazing Georgetown Historical Society. Many people have contributed to make this a wonderful resource for history buffs.
